Chick-fil-A Liverpool - Front of House General Manager
If you set the tone, lift the team & make every guest feel at home. If you lead with a smile and love what you do — this one's for you.
Who We Are
At Chick‑fil‑A Liverpool, we believe every person has the potential to make a meaningful impact and positively shape the lives of others. Our goal is to create an environment that inspires, challenges, supports and develops every one of our team members in reaching their highest potential — both personally and professionally.
We're not just about advertising and offering jobs. We are very selective in finding the right people for our restaurant teams because we want to help build careers and develop servant leaders who truly make a difference.
We hire for potential, not perfection.
As proud carriers of nearly 60 years of Chick‑fil‑A's legacy — built on exceptional food and genuine hospitality — we hold ourselves to a standard that goes beyond our food. Every day gives us an opportunity to honour that tradition and create moments that matter. At the heart of everything we do is a simple but powerful ambition: To Be The World’s Most Caring Company — for our team, our Guests, and our community.
We believe in going above and beyond for each other and our Guests. If you want to grow in excellence, lead with purpose, and be part of a team that enjoys intentionally impacting lives, you belong here.
A little about the role
The Front of House General Manager reports directly to our restaurant Owner/Operator and serves as the senior leader for all guest‑facing operations. They are responsible for all Front of House staff and for ensuring every guest receives fast, accurate service delivered with genuine, heartfelt hospitality. This leader builds and develops a high‑performing team, drives operational excellence, and champions the systems that keep our Front of House running smoothly and consistently.
They are passionate about growing and empowering future leaders, strengthening operational systems, and advancing Chick‑fil‑A Liverpool’s long‑term vision for culture, performance, and growth. Their leadership sets the tone, raises the standard, and inspires the team to deliver an exceptional experience every day. They understand that a team's success is a direct reflection of the leader who built it.
How YOU will make a difference:
Lead a Front of House team that delivers remarkable hospitality every shift to every guest — by setting clear service expectations, investing in staff development, and holding the bar high through ongoing coaching and performance oversight.
Keep our Front of House running smoothly — overseeing the daily flow of orders, seating, and dining area standards. Lead with energy, keep the team focused, and ensure every guest has an exceptional experience. You'll also monitor key metrics including payroll, productivity, wait times, and guest experience scores, using them to drive daily improvements.
Partner closely with the Back of House team to keep the operation in sync and guarantee fast, accurate, on‑time delivery of every guest’s meal.
Make sure every meal we serve is something we're proud of — upholding quality checks that keep taste, presentation, and consistency at the heart of everything we do.
Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests with genuine care and professionalism — resolving every situation promptly and leaving each guest feeling heard, valued, and delighted.
· Drive LEAN initiatives across Front of House operations — identifying inefficiencies, acting quickly, and using team input to build a culture of continuous improvement.
Help build and drive a training plan that empowers every Front of House team member, shift leaders included, to deliver our Winning Hearts Every Day strategy with real confidence and consistent excellence.
Plan our Front of House Hospitality team’s recruitment initiatives, bringing in new Team Members and building strong induction plans that set them up for long-term success.
Own cash management across the restaurant — ensuring registers are accurately maintained, transactions are handled correctly, and all documentation is complete and compliant.
Lead with servant leadership and flexibility — stepping into any role the business needs while inspiring and equipping your team to perform at their best.
What we love — and hope YOU do too:
Being part of a team that genuinely looks out for one another — not just the guests.
Growing every day — personally, professionally, and as a team.
Taking pride in the small things — because the details are what make the difference.
Bringing energy and positivity to every shift, even on the tough days.
Making Chick-fil-A Liverpool a place our community is proud to have.

About Chick-fil-A Liverpool
Chick-fil-A is coming to Liverpool city centre in the second half of 2026, bringing one of the most recognised restaurant brands from the USA to the city. We're all about freshly made food, friendly service, and putting people first.
Our restaurant will be proudly owned and operated by a local Liverpool family — born and raised just a few miles from where it will open. With deep roots in the city and a genuine love for Liverpool, they can't wait to make this dream a reality.
Like every Chick-fil-A around the world, the local community means everything to us. Our goal is to build a restaurant that feels truly part of Liverpool — a place where Team Members are proud of the impact they make and Guests feel genuinely cared for every time they walk through the door.
